This past Sunday, my boyfriend and I started to decorate our yard for Halloween. It is by far his favorite holiday and he goes all out. Three weeks ago we brought down 21 totes full of Halloween decorations if that’s any indication.
He builds most of the props himself and buys some things at Halloween stores. Last year we went day after Halloween shopping on November 1st and bought over $1000 of new items.
Some of the highlights of last year were: Uncle Ralph (he barfed into a barrel when someone walked passed), the big cemetery gate, and new grim reaper. These are some pictures from last year:

This year we added a few things. One being four evil babies and a pretty disgusting play pen. The Guillotine is also new this year. Uncle Ralph is back, which always startles people more than scares. Cemetery and gate are still there but we have some new tombstones. That’s what we have so far.
There are still some people to build and things to make. I leave that up to my boyfriend. It’s more his thing than mine, but I support him and try to help.
On Sunday night we went up to Green Bay to check out the Halloween stores up there. We found some cool things and will probably go up there the day after Halloween this year.
